Galaxy Map Prime Terms of Use (TOU)

1. Purpose  
These General Conditions of Use (GCU) define the rules for accessing and using the services offered by Galaxy Map Prime, particularly with regard to referencing, optimization and securing profiles on Google.

2. Acceptance of the Conditions  
By accessing the Galaxy Map Prime services, the user acknowledges having read these T&Cs and accepts them without reservation.

3. Services Offered  
Galaxy Map Prime provides services of:  

• ⁠Referencing and optimization of profiles on Google  

• ⁠Securing accounts and information  

• ⁠Monitoring and support of online performance  

 

4. User Commitments  
The user agrees to:  

• ⁠Provide accurate and up-to-date information  

• Comply with applicable laws and Google policies  

• Not use the services for fraudulent or illegal purposes  

 

5. Responsibility  
Galaxy Map Prime makes every effort to ensure a quality service, but does not guarantee systematic positioning on Google. The user is responsible for the use he makes of the services and the information provided.

6. Security and Confidentiality  
Galaxy Map Prime is committed to protecting user data and not disclosing it without consent, except where legally required.

7. Pricing and Payment  
The services are provided according to rates defined in advance and communicated to the user. Any payment is due before the execution of the services.

8. Termination  
Galaxy Map Prime reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in the event of non-compliance with the T&Cs. The user may also request termination of their subscription at any time.  

 

9. Modification of the Conditions  
Galaxy Map Prime may modify these T&Cs at any time. Users will be informed of the changes and will have to accept them to continue using the services.  

 

10. Applicable Law and Disputes  
These T&Cs are subject to the laws in force. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred before any legal action.
